Rajasthan: land and property records

Apna Khata gives free jamabandi copies of agricultural land as general information only; certified copies come from a prescribed kiosk and some mutations are not updated immediately. DILRMP-MIS shows 97.82% of villages computerised, Bhu-Naksha shows maps by sheet, and eDharti APIs exist only through Raj SewaDwaar with no onward sale. Rajasthan is one of nine ULI land-record states.
