Delivery policy

India Property Register, a property of Billion Insights Ventures Pvt. Ltd., sells prepaid credit for its API and MCP server. It is a digital service: nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

Effective 12 October 2026.

• Credit is added to your account's wallet as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute, and a receipt is e-mailed to the account address. The wallet credit is the pack you chose (₹500, ₹5,000 or ₹50,000); the 18% GST you pay on top is not wallet credit.
• The credit is used by API and MCP calls from your account's keys and connected apps, delivered as responses to those calls.
• If a payment succeeds but the credit does not appear within an hour, write to [email protected] with the payment reference; we credit it within one working day or refund it.
