Mizoram: land and property records
DoLR lists no RoR portal for Mizoram; e-ram sells application forms (periodic patta, LSC, transfer, partition) at about Rs 20 each rather than a lookup. DILRMP-MIS nevertheless shows all 640 villages computerised with 331,160 RoRs, a conflict the reports leave unresolved. Deeds run on NGDRS since 2019.
