Kerala runs ReLIS (login, with an advertised 'Any Land Search') and Ente Bhoomi, an owner-login portal serving maps and land tax only in digitally surveyed villages. DILRMP-MIS shows 100% computerisation (1,666 villages, 2.82 crore RoRs). Encumbrance certificates and certified copies are high-volume paid PEARL services.
