# India Property Register agentic commerce

What can be bought: **India Property Register API wallet credit**, in three packs. Calls to the API and MCP server are then paid
from the wallet at ₹0.16 per successful call.

## How payment works (hosted checkout)

The agent never pays and never handles card or UPI details. It creates a checkout; the answer carries a pay link
(`continue_url` or `pay_url`) on indiapropertyregister.com. The person opens it and pays through Razorpay (UPI, cards, net
banking, wallets). The wallet is credited as soon as the payment is captured, and the session then reads
`completed` (`paid` on the plain API). Pay links stay open for 48 hours.

## Endpoints (Authorization: Bearer <key or token>; all free)

- Plain API: `POST https://indiapropertyregister.com/api/v1/account/topup` `{"amount": 500}`, then `GET https://indiapropertyregister.com/api/v1/account/payments/{payment_id}`.
- MCP tools: `get_wallet`, `top_up_wallet` (amount), `get_payment` (payment_id).
- UCP 2026-08-25 (profile: https://indiapropertyregister.com/.well-known/ucp): `POST https://indiapropertyregister.com/api/v1/ucp/checkout-sessions` with
  `{"line_items":[{"item":{"id":"topup-500"},"quantity":1}]}`; `GET|PUT .../checkout-sessions/{id}`,
  `POST .../{id}/complete`, `POST .../{id}/cancel`. Status `requires_escalation` + `continue_url` until paid, then `completed`.
- ACP 2026-04-17 (discovery: https://indiapropertyregister.com/.well-known/acp.json): `POST https://indiapropertyregister.com/api/v1/acp/checkout_sessions` with

  `POST .../{id}/complete`, `POST .../{id}/cancel`. Same statuses. Delegated payment tokens are not accepted.

Rules: create a checkout only after the person chose the pack and agreed to the price with GST. At most 10 top-ups
